What our customers came to tell us at the Naturally trade show in Paris

From May 29 to June 1, Laboratoire Géomer set up shop at Porte de Versailles, at the Naturally trade show. Four days, one booth, one team — and above all, hundreds of faces who came to see us.

Here's our travel log.

530 km on the clock: a small car, a big trailer, and the most precious cargo of all — our products.

From the far reaches of the Ardennes to the capital

It all starts in Fumay, in the Ardennes, where Laboratoire Géomer designs its holistic cosmetics. Loading the trailer, hitting the road, crossing France: there's something deeply coherent about making this journey ourselves. A brand isn't a website sitting behind a screen. It's people who travel, who go out and connect, who look their customers in the eye.

And that's exactly what we found upon arriving in Hall 5.1, at our booth F25: a genuine desire to meet, for real.

Four days of meeting people

We didn't expect such a turnout. From Friday morning onward, the booth never emptied out. And over the course of four days, a common thread ran through all our conversations: many of our visitors came not just out of curiosity, but to thank us. To thank us for the quality of our products, for the seriousness of our formulations, for the philosophy that brings together nature, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and our ARK Quantique Process®.

Many were already customers. Others were discovering us. All of them left with one thing in common: the desire to understand what organic silicon can bring to daily life, and how each Terral corresponds to a specific energetic profile.

Test it, feel it, understand it

At a trade show, nothing replaces experience. For four days, we offered live Terral applications — the clay applied to the face, the proper resting time observed, then the immediate sensation. Watching skin regain suppleness and radiance right in front of someone's eyes is the best demonstration there is. It's also a chance to explain our approach: a cosmetic designed to care for the skin, respecting its natural balance.

The best kind of feedback: they come back

The most memorable moment of these four days? A visitor we'd met at a Paris trade show last January. She had bought two bottles of Organic Silicon from us. And there she was, back at our booth, simply to share how she felt after her first bottle — on camera, in her own words.
